La Casa de Salud, Inc. accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help. You will never be turned away because of your inability to pay. The amount you pay for services is based on your income and family size through our sliding fee discount program. You may qualify for discounted medical and dental services even if you are uninsured.
Our staff can assist with understanding your coverage, applying for insurance, and determining sliding fee eligibility. Please bring proof of income and household size when applying.
